Return Period

Customers must report any issue within 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns may be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is significantly different from the description

Many ecommerce stores use similar conditions and require items to be returned unused and in original packaging to qualify for refunds or exchanges. 

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned with original packaging and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
  • Refund processing may take 3–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Used items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
